Less than a week and we’ll be back at the range for a Pistol/Only match day. Plan on four stages, weather and time permitting with a good variety of targets on hand. I’ll have one stage featuring some old-fashioned target shooting but with time limits of course. Kiwacka is going to have one of his hand-crafted & challenging stages. I’ll bring out the “Mover” to liven up the party and Jerry will be running a Dueling Tree Man/Man special event with a couple of twists to make the event even more challenging.
Bring 150 rounds pistol ammo, eye/ear protection, holsters & pouches for all your equipment, three magazines; practice your one-hand shooting and fast reloading skills in the meantime.
RGC runs only “cold-range” matches. Absolutely no magazines or ammo in the firearm until you are on the firing line and given the command to “Load and make ready”, by the Range Safety Officer(RSO).
