Great weather & range conditions for our 13 contestants with four stages to shoot. Thanks to Jerry Lock & John Kiwacka for their help in coming up with two challenging stages along with my two giving shooters a chance to compete against steel, cardboard & even a couple of swinging targets..not to mention the Man/Man event.

Before match day, practice your gun-handling skills with both guns. Some events will require you to transition safely from one firearm to another while shooting a stage, as well as moving from target(s) to target(s). Safety is everybody’s concern and you cannot just show up on match day without having mastered safe loading and handling techniques of your firearms. If you would like some help in this area, please contact me, John or Jerry and we will make every effort to have someone meet you at the range for some one on one instruction. We may not have all the answers but there are few things we enjoy more than helping a new action shooter overcome a problem area.
