Cold? Yes, but fun? Extremely so! Thanks to Jerry and John for their help in keeping the stages moving and to all of you for pitching in with the scoring, resetting and packing up at the end of the day.
We implemented a few new concepts into the schedule which really kept things moving with a lot less down time and more time spent on the firing line. Please feel free to give your input for any other ways we can streamline match day.
Four stages beginning with The Magnificent Seven; seven new steel, free-falling poppers put together by fellow club member and shooter Bruce Jacobsen. He really put the time and effort into giving us a quality set-up of steel that is built to last for many years. Thank you again Bruce for a super job on those babies!
We followed up with three more stages devoted to a mixture of steel silhouettes, IDPA cardboard and the always unpredictable bowling pins on a new table.
Overall, a very good, smooth-running match day. Here’s how our gang fared in order of finish:
Level 1
Danny Coggin(129.98)
Gerald Lambert(142.54)
Jerry Lock(187..25)
Dennis Jennings(206.57)
Bob Beaver(237.88)
Angela Greenwell(241.25)
Scott Stiles(251.89)
Bruce Jacobsen(254.20)
Level 2

Billy Haynes(92.02)
Dick Williams(108.65)
