Good weather day at the range with five contestants in both the Level 1 & Level 2 groups starting out with a table full of always unpredictable bowling pins.
Stage 2 was a massive set-up provided by John Kiwacka with a variety of mostly IDPA targets testing the shooter’s ability to locate and then deliver accurate hits from a variety of positions & barricades.
Stage 3 was an opportunity to use the rifle on some clay targets and then transitioning to Jerry Lock’s “Shooting Star” with the handgun.
Final stage had the shooter moving and shooting from behind barricades at an IDPA and then using his handgun to drop the steel poppers.
Many thanks to Jerry & John for their efforts to transport and set up their stages and to all of you for keeping the targets scored and reset. Multi-gun events stay busy from start to finish & we could not put them on if not for the strong support of the shooters.

Next month will be pistol/only & a good day to bring a new shooter, your spouse or a youngster to get them joining in on the fun. We’ll have steel, silhouettes & maybe some bustable targets to shoot.
